Yeah, I know all those reprobates. I missed riding last year because of some conflicts at work, so am doubly excited about riding this year.

I will definitely look you up. Go Bad Monkeys!

Hah, with times ranging from 36 hrs to 79'57"18 there is nothing better than the annual trip up the lake and my 333 takes way less time than your 472, although I hear Ragbrai is a great time.

Ah Jason... she is missed.

Beercans are a nice way to let off a little steam midweek, especially with how hot it has been lately. Does it matter how well you do in the end? though two weeks ago we did crush the Section beating all other boats in our section but for 1 109... and he just barley beat us.

Not doing the Mac huh, too bad.

John was a fun guy to sail with back in the Sydney38 Days. You are correct, he is on top of his game... then again he is a pilot so I hope he is. ha. When it gets light is when you can kill the competition stay focused.

Life gets in the way?!?! Never let that happen.

I am a lake whore Farr40, Shields, J105, NM50, C47, Sydney38 and more in the past 3 yrs.

We were circle C and were stuck between both systems. It made for some drifty crap Sat PM resulting in 1 Upwind, 1 reach and a Fetch finish after 3 legs. Meh, better than a day at the office or a stick in the eye.

Absolutely! It just wouldn't be Monday without it. If you are around over the weekend, a bunch of us are going to the derby championship match on Saturday.

I believe I caught the tail end of that conversation and feeling rather confused as to what you were talking about. The Malort that followed shortly thereafter, however, did a great job at erasing any memory of the chat that was lingering prior.
