6th Annual Spring Super Criterium & Illinois Cup Season Opener at Blackhawk Farms Raceway

April 6, 2013 from 8:30am to 5:30pm
Back for the sixth year! The Spring Super Criterium is the annual kickoff to the Illinois Cup racing series. Held at the Blackhawk Farms auto raceway, the wide tarmac and enclosed course create a competitive arena for veteran racers, and an ideal setting for first-timers. The race is co-hosted by Chicago teams Spidermonkey Cycling and Burnham Racing.The event is santioned by USA Cycling and all USAC rules apply.See More

Burnham Racing & Spidermonkey Cycling are putting on a criterium at Blackhawk Farms Raceway!If you're new to racing, this is a great course to start on, because it is flat with no sharp turns and very safe - it was made for auto racing. "I think people are trying to tell you to PUT THE BIKE ON THE REGISTRY AND ADD THE SERIAL NUMBER LATER. People may spot your bike without that and aid the recovery; get the info about it out there sooner rather than later."

Hello, me and my friend Annette are are participating in the American Diabetes Association's annual Tour de Cure event this year. On Sunday, June 10 we will be riding 100 miles to raise money and awareness to benefit the American Diabetes Association.On Monday, June 4th, we are hosting a fundraising party for this event.
