FREE yoga for all cyclists at Kelly's Home in Uptown
November 9, 2010 from 7pm to 8pm
Our first class was such a success! This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Tuesday evening from 7-8pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome. Please rsvp in some form due to space limitations.

Jen Agan left a comment for Jason"Fall weather is great. Though have to say..I love summer..i work well in heat. I get cold easy..I sound like a baby! Fall is beautiful with the change of leaves. BUT with fall and winter come less people on the path..more room for bikes!"

- I am a long time runner that switching to cycling because of all the injurys. I have been riding and race for a few of yrs. However i did start running again and i am thinking about doing a tri here and there. looking forward to meeting new people to ride with.
