Is this still an active group? Is there another stolen bike task force group involved on The Chainlink?

Looking at doing some recovery rides. Any interest amongst those that used too? I'll do the primary planning on Facebook. But will cross post here. The dates we ride down will be sent via text after we decide as that may keep it from being public. Though I don't think that is a huge factor it can't hurt.

That's one smart cookie. I'm suprised an investigative officer came to the scene.

Robertson was arrested again January 11, 2012 and charged with felony bike theft. An additional 10 high-end bikes were recovered from a storage locker in Chicago. Press Release attached.

Christopher, I sent you an e-mail 2 weeks ago to see what advice I could offer in terms of finding it and you never responded.
Probably too late now but I would have checked Swap-O-Rama at 41st and Ashland the following business day.

Marco, feel free to place a report at the Chicago Stolen Bike registry for the wheels -- http://stolenbike.org
It would be helpful to know where and how they were stolen.
Best post the info there rather than here.

I had my red Cannondale RT3000 tandem stolen two weeks ago. I have yet to see another one out there on the road in town. If you see a red Cannondale RT3000 tandem, let me know.
