BICYCLE FEE!!!!!

OUR MAYOR AND CITY GOVERMENT ON THE 5 PM NEWS ON CHANNEL 7 SAID THEY ARE THINKING OF A FEE FOR OWNING AND A LICENSE TO RIDE A BICYCLE IN CHICAGO,,,,,,DOES THIS MEAN MY 7 YEAR OLD GRANDSON HAS TO GET A LICENSE AND PAY TO OWN HIS BICYCLE???

I will grant you that he is best ignored, as cyclist and a Cubs fan. However, his article was the means in which many people learned of this possibility this morning. While I sarcastically called him our "good friend" I merely posted to inform that this fee would not be for a 7 year old's bike, as the original poster has complaints about.
