What is a pop-up restaurant?

A pop-up restaurant is a temporary restaurant that can be open anywhere from a few hours to a couple months.

The rough draft of the menu is posted, and I can tell you for a fact that it will most definitely have a few revisions before the end of next week. This menu is more of a contemporary American approach, utilizing the best seasonal ingredients. We also opted to select appropriate beers to accompany the tasting menu(3 amuses,5 courses, and 4 beers).

In the email, please include:

-The number of guests(groups of 5 or more may be split into multiple tables) 

-Allergies and dietary restrictions(no vegans, please...for this menu at least)

-The time you will show up

-If you will be interested in the tasting menu and beer pairings(so we can have a feel for the amount of product to purchase and not waste food)

-any questions

You will receive a confirmation email from me. 

If you plan on driving, there will be discounted parking available at a nearby garage($4-6), or take the BrownLine train to Chicago and walk south on Franklin to Erie. Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited.

Keep an eye out because my next pop-up will feature international street food for under $10 a plate.
