A relaxed ride along the Lakefront Path and Burnham Greenway to South Chicago, Hegewisch and across the border to Indiana.
* Vast amounts of delicious food prepared by little old ladies
* Veg friendly
* Polka music and dancing
* Mr. Pierogi and the Piroguettes
* Shaded beer garden with live music
* The best festival "relief facilities" ever (air conditioned, running water and clean!)
We explore the South Side, always have rockstar parking at the festival and delude ourselves into thinking the ride balances out our food intake. Bring a lock, water, sunscreen and some cash for starchy delights.

Comment by Tank-Ridin' Ryan on July 31, 2011 at 10:58am Great ride yesterday. I ate too much, I drank too much, and it was all excellent!
Looking forward to next year - now where can I find pierogies up here on the north side...
