Jaik S. replied to mike w.'s discussion Advice/recommendations needed: tent & sleeping bag for bike touring.
"Another thing to consider is the season...If it's 80 degrees out, you may not want a sleeping bag. When I toured Hawaii, I only used a sleeping bag liner. At the time, mine was about $14. It packs down smaller than a can of beer. They make them…"

I entered a pizza contest...

Hello Everyone!Between bicycle rides, I've managed to make a pizza, and enter a pizza contest. Since I'm a little late to the game, I'd love if anyone could vote for my video, if you like it. I went all in and made my deep dish, hoping to win the popular vote.TL;DR: I made pizza to win tickets to the Chicago Pizza Summit and am begging for…See More

GRAND OPENING RAFFLE at 5714 W. Belmont Ave.

March 24, 2018 all day

We thought a good way to give more people a chance would be to add a food drive for canned goods which we will be donating to Christian Community Church on Wilson and Hamilton. All you have to do is bring in 1 canned good for 2 tickets or 2 cans for 5 tickets. The max amount of tickets we'll be able to give each person will be 25 tickets for the…See More

Jaik S. replied to Yasmeen's discussion Just Ordered a Brompton, Any Advice?
"Congrats on your Brompton! Last year, I got one for me and one for the lady. Longest distance on them in a day so far is about 40 miles. I'd highly recommend the Ortlieb/Brompton bag if you plan on doing anything aside from work stuff on it.…"

"The Clinton St entrances are handicap accessible, and easy to roll a bicycle through. It's the better option than the stairs. I don't think I've every actually went through other entrances...Maybe next time I'll check them out."
