And if you had turned a little bit to the right when you took 4508 you would have gotten the bike rack on the dock. ;-)

Thanks, glad to know it is still there!  Very cool video, too.

FYI Wells St is closed south of Illinois. The good news is that LaSalle currently has no parking allowed and there are orange cones set up separating the empty parking lanes from the two moving lanes, so it's a temporary and very wide protected bike lane, at least to the river. I took LaSalle to Kinzie and then got on Dearborn like normal.

Nice ride in on LFT from Evanston this morning.  Again, there are icy patches the first half mile or so.

I was actually quite warm this morning.  I added an extra layer, a Paradox base layer which my wife found somewhere a couple years ago.  I rarely use it, in part because it's one of those "miracle" fabrics that winds up kind of stinky, but I credit it with my warm hands.

That was a surprise.  A group of four of us turned on Illinois and the salmoned Illinois to Kinzie on Dearborn.  I will try another way next time.

The path was windy this morning more than anything else.  Some ice at the top but nothing long enough to be too dangerous.  I just hope the wind doesn't turn around tonight.

LaSalle was interesting this morning. Anyone know how long they will leave it like that?

Yes. 68 degrees and no wind in Sunny Orlando. I am NOT looking forward to return on Wednesday...

Maybe your flight will be delayed by the snowstorm . . . .

Rather rough northbound commute home on the LFT today.  Steady, strong winds out of the ENE...  68 and no wind sounds like a dream ride.  Enjoy it while you can.
