- I ride almost every weekday morning for about 8 miles. Working on keeping the blood sugars lower and the bonus is that I love to ride. It feels very freeing and a bit child like! I'm into some long distance rides too. I just finished a solo ride to Macomb. It was very cool, a bit frightening too. God sent a couple of Angels my way on that ride. Thanks!

Those recumbents can throw you in a second once that front wheel loses traction. I haven't done a lot of group rides in the past few years so I enjoyed the comrade of that Major Taylor ride a lot, especially with it being a perfect weather day. See you around, I'm sure.
