"Your right Anne, I should have a frame size but truth be told I don't know how / where to measure. It is a bike well suited to my height (5' 9") or someone shorter."

Nice Vintage Hercules English ladies 3 speed for sale in Beverly $75 Great For Tweed Rides or Commute

This vintage Hercules has a three speed Sturmey Archer Hub and new tires. Rides well but may need  TLC. Would be a great school bike or a good commuter. Also would be just the thing for Tweed Rides. It can be picked up in Beverly (60643) for just $75. Thinning the herd! Ken, kfulltime@att.netSee More

What I ride:
Road, Mountain, Hybrid
The kind of riding I do:
Recreational, Distance, Around Town
About me:
I ride almost every weekday morning for about 8 miles. Working on keeping the blood sugars lower and the bonus is that I love to ride. It feels very freeing and a bit child like! I'm into some long distance rides too. I just finished a solo ride to Macomb. It was very cool, a bit frightening too. God sent a couple of Angels my way on that ride. Thanks!

Thanks for the friend invite---wasn't even aware of this site.  No after consequences from that fall.  Those recumbents can throw you in a second once that front wheel loses traction.  I haven't done a lot of group rides in the past few years so I enjoyed the comrade of that Major Taylor ride a lot, especially with it being a perfect weather day.  See you around, I'm sure.

I like your Mantis. I have a Gitane like your Raleigh mixte. I put chrome Schwinn fenders on it. I noticed we made the chainlink pics. Good ride tonight.
