About me:

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I spent my childhood doing BMX and freestyle riding. I put biking aside until I moved to Washington, DC after school. I bought a hybrid bike off Craigslist there and realized how much I loved biking all day on the Mt. Vernon trail on the Potomac River. I wanted to develop that hobby further so I got into Olympic distance triathlons, and here I am now training and recreationally doing my 4th triathlon this year on a Trek SL6 full carbon I bought last year :)
