I have "The Lore of Running" by Tim Noakes, and "The Runner's Handbook" by Bob Glover. Both free to a good home. PM me.

free to a good home - 4 man tent, black/grey/green.  its a cheapo from bass pro shops or cabelas, but has been my go-to tent for car camping. holds back drizzle, but will drip in heavy rains. no rips that i know of.  fits my queen size air mattress.

must be picked up near elston and augusta
