...cyclists could behave in a civilized manner.  You know, like motorists.

You never slashed another bicyclists tires, for taking up that last bike parking spot that you had your eyes on?

I dunno, the last time I did bike the drive someone died and I saw the ambulance come pick them up and I personally witnessed 3 accidents.  That's more of both that I witness in daily commuting by car year round on that one single day of bikes.  But good on ya for perpetuating and us vs them attitude.

I like the gawker synopsis better too:

THE SCENE: Black shirt guy and white shirt guy are fighting, in the street, over a parking space. Black shirt guy has clearly done some boxing, but is mostly interested in showing off the fact that he has moves, rather than in actually hurting someone. White shirt guy is mostly interested in making sure that his baseball hat is not knocked off at any point in the fight.

DIALOGUE WE IMAGINE OCCURS AT APPROXIMATELY THE 0:36 MARK OF THE ABOVE VIDEO, FOLLOWING A HALF MINUTE OF PEPPY SPARRING BETWEEN THE TWO COMBATANTS: "What? What do you want? You want more? You done? You done? It's whatever. You done? I don't even care. You done? If you're done them I'm done. You done? Fine. Fine. Forget it. I gotta go to work."

Compared to Mr. Vancouver with a U lock who takes a full force swing to the other guys head...

Or you mean the sporting incident that leads to a fight compared to this sporting incident that lead to competitors helping the fallen comrade?

I guess you could argue that the risk of injury is greater in an overturned car, but then again the act of punching a guy down a hill in the forest could be equally life threatening.
