Miss the South Side Ride in August? Second Chance November 4, 2012

Did you miss the August Critical Mass ride to the south side, but wish you had been there?  Or, were you there and you wish you had been able to stop--or at least slow down--to see the landmarks?

You are in luck!  Olatunji Oboi Reed and Kathy Schubert are collaborating to give us a reprise at a more leisurely pace with a smaller crowd, to stop for lunch, and to add a little spin around Northerly Island.  Start at the Daley Center Plaza at 9:30 a.m. on November 4, 2012 and finish around 2:00.

Sounds like a plan to me!

And I am going to bring my best Sunday hat to wear to lunch.

Thanks for the suggestion, Lisa.  I like it - let's see who else responds.

this will be an awesome ride!!! big thanks to Kathy and Lisa for all the help on this. see yall on nov 4th, lets ride...

Excellent!  I'm looking forward to it.

Looking forward to a reprise of that great CCM ride.  Sunday morning is a great time to be on the road.

Sunday morning is my favorite time to ride--it seems like most of the city stays in bed until noon.  Either that, or they are all in church ;-).

Anne, are you riding? We never get a chance to ride with me living about as far north as you do south. I will try to get to this one.

I am planning to go. It would be great to see you there.

This is exactly what I love about Sunday morning rides.

Sounds like a nice ride - will see if I can make it!

Lee, welcome to the Chainlink and it will be a nice ride.  With a good group of people worth knowing!

Shameless bumping, here.  Average high temperature for November 4 is 55 F.  Great weather for a leisurely ride!

Wow, a beautiful day in early November for a very beautiful ride. Thanks for the update, Lisa!
