Hit and run involving 14 year old cyclist in Oakland

"My 14 year old cousin was hit by a car and dragged four blocks and left to die. Luckily he is alive but in critical condition. His ear was ripped off. Multiple ribs broken. Part of his lung removed. Amongst many other very serious injuries"
