Breaking news from Block Club Chicago:

11-9-18, 8:25am in the 3200 block of West Palmer St.

Driver of vehicle runs into cyclist with their vehicle, injuring the cyclist. 

Will update. 

The weather at the time of this incident was 33 degrees, cloudy with wet snow showers and wind from the west 15 to 25mph.
