The pilot program, which will take place on the South Side between 79th and 138, mostly outside the Divvy zone, will last through November. After July 1, all cycles must be the "lock-to" style, with a built-in U-lock or cable that must be secured to a rack, sign, or decommissioned parking meter, rather than the "free-floating" style, which only have wheel locks. …See More
