Bicycle Astronomy

This is a group dedicated to pursuing amateur astronomy using bicycles as a means to get to sites for viewing. You don't need to own your own telescope, but the more the merrier. You should of course own a bicycle, and be interested in amateur astronomy. Anyone with an interest in astronomy will be welcomed from neophytes to experts.

At 4am in the crystal clear morning sky I witnessed a spectacular display of planets as the crescent moon swept past. Venus, Mars and the Moon. With a clear sky this coming morning, it should also be an incredible sight. Look to the eastern morning skies, Bicycle Astronomers ! 11/6/15
