I'd like to thank everyone who came out to help in spite of the rain.  It never got too soggy, and the temperature was comfortable for working.  We got a lot accomplished, and we couldn't have done it without such a fine team effort.  Thank you all for taking time out of your Saturday to clean up along the trail.

Jeffrey - The Riverdale marina (just west of Halsted on the south side of the river) has a restaurant. I haven't been there recently, so I couldn't tell you how it is.

A little further west, downtown Blue Island has LOTS of places on and near Western from just south of the river up to 119th. There are multiple choices for bakeries, Mexican food.
