If any of you do cyclocross (or actually, even if you don't), we're going to have a fixed category in this Sunday's Ice Cross in Jackson Park. And there will be a fire barrier.
Not sure exactly what you mean by Euroean threading, but I'm assuming you have something like a Formula hub on those wheels. Generally speaking, cog threading is interchangeable between ISO, British, Italian. But you're right: the lockrings are much more problematic.
Phil Wood hubs are Italian threaded, so anyone running Campy/Miche/Phil Wood should be able to use the lockring.
I.S.O. 1.375" x 24 tpi 34.92 x 1.048 mm
British 1.370" x 24 tpi 34.80 x 1.058 mm
French 34.7 x 1 mm 1.366" x 25.4 tpi
Italian 35 mm x 24 tpi 1.378" x 1.058 mm
So, I just got in my Miche 15t cog with holder and lockring. I pulled them out of their cute little Miche labelled bags and threaded on the cog holder to my Weinmann wheel I got with my Flite. There was no resistance. So, then I try to thread on the lockring and....SERIOUSLY?! Their cog holder is European threading and their lockring is Italian? I can only assume I over looked the little checkbox on the order form. I guess it's a good thing I've thus far bought all the less expensive parts first.

After gearing down, the wind is great! Take THAT, Chicago. Now, the unplowed snow...that's another story. It's actually nice to ride fixed because when a ton of snow decides that it's gonna come in between your brake pad and the rim, it's pretty nice to be able to down-pedal and stop.
