Upcomming events for cycling Fire fans

For those of you who have enjoyed the first few Fire games there are some events coming up:

Section 8 monthly social Thursday, June 18th at Schubas Tavern (3159 N. Southport) at 7:00 pm. Meet the other folks that inhabit Section 8 and have a few drinks.

SUPERLIGA
The SUPERLIGA competition includes the best teams from Mexico and the best teams from MLS. The tickets are $15 each or $35 for all three games

FIRE vs San Luis - 7 pm 6.20.2009, the Fire play San Luis from the Mexican Primera division side San Luis Potosi. There are a lot of Chicagoans from the city or the state of San Luis Potosi

FIRE vs Chivas USA - 7 pm 6.23.2009, the Fire play Chivas USA from MLS

FIRE vs Tigres UANL - 7 pm 6.27.2009 the Fire play Tigres from the Mexican Primera division

For those of you who don't want to ride to the games I suggest:

Globe Pub Bus
The Globe Pub (1934 W. Irving Park) provides a bus to every game, beer and even a game ticket, if you still need one. Bus seats and tickets are first come, first serve - so call ahead! Call 773-871-3757.
