Upcoming Organized Ride Benefitting the Breast Cancer Fund - 9.16.12

Description

Each of the routes of 38, 61, 77 and 100 are on lightly traveled country roads. This year's ride includes a 10 mile scavenger hunt ride, perfect for families! All routes will have rest stops with bathrooms, snacks, water and beverages. There will also be support vehicles traveling throughout the course to help cyclists who may encounter mechanical problems.

The cost for the ride is $40 before September 1st and will include a hooded sweatshirt. After September 1st, the cost will be $50 and the sweatshirt cannot be guaranteed. This includes a marked course, support vehicles and refreshments during and after the ride. Team Tri Smart organizes this ride in honor and memory of Michelle Chaput, who lost her five-year battle with breast cancer in the summer of 2009. A portion of the proceeds will go directly to the Breast Cancer Fund.
