I got this by renewing my membership at the Winter Bike Swap at Jack's. They had a limited number of prints available. We got a standard frame with two custom mats at Jo-Ann's and my wife put it together.
They do have sometimes good deals. I remember a few years ago, where renewing your membership got you into the (now defunct) Chicago Bike Show for free. An $8 savings.
You just have to be prepared to jump on it

Duppie's Chicago Bicycle Map from 1898 has generated quite a few comments. It was published by a Chicago businessman, A.M. Askevold.
Bicycling was big business in Chicago by the time the map was published. The Chicago Bicycle Exhibition which opened on a snowy day in January, 1896 had 10,000 visitors, looking at 250 different company exhibits, worth an estimated 1 million dollars. 10 million dollars in orders were placed at the show. My understanding is that Askevold's map was a reaction to the show.
