<p>Do we know this bicyclist's name? My thoughts and prayers are with him. Several years ago, I was doored on Highland Blvd. in Milwaukee. The driver of the parked car threw his door open so fast that I couldn't react. I couldn't stop in time, nor did I care to take the risk of being hit by a speeding car.
