Nice video. It wasn't one of my favorite CM's b/c of the misdirection in the beginning (though it often seems to start that way) But the two things that made it memorable were the bride and groom in the middle of the street outside the Newberry Library with bikers all around them and the Friars in their robes outside ringing their bell. That was awesome.
What was the misdirection at the beggining?
Nice vid. Do you always favor the oncoming traffic side or was that just for the sake of the video?

It seemed to spend too much time wandering around in the downtown backtracking and entering a few bottlenecks, but once we moved out of downtown it turned into a good ride. But that's how CM often goes.
@Matt...I didn't notice any misdirection, but then again I was completely wrapped up in the moment. I know there was a little debate by the Picasso at Daley Plaza on which route to take. I was a Freedom Ride supporter myself, especially when I saw the maps screened onto fabric! The wedding party was a cool moment!

@ H...I guess I never thought of it, but thinking back I do tend to stay towards that side of the street. I did purposely want to shoot some of the video as weaved through some oncoming traffic. Since I'm usually taking pictures, I like staying towards the left so I can quickly move over and stop if I want to take a shot.

I assume that's what was on whatever map someone decided we were following?
"Misdirection" sounded like someone screwed something up.
