Semi-recumbent tandem rentals?

Friends, my mother is not as vigorous as she once was, and I know she misses bicycling in particular. I'd love to rent (because I can't afford to buy) a semi-recumbent tandem like a Hase Pino or Bilenky Viewpoint so she can recapture the wonderful thrill of bicycling. If you can steer me toward any resources, I'd sure be grateful.
