I didn't even know Nutella didn't exist until 70 years ago. It was such a college staple for me.

I think the only thing worse than meeting this sort of end is when you're reported to have "fallen off" your bike.  As if you were just sort of sitting there cluelessly teetering like Humpty-Dumpty and then suddenly succumbed to gravity.
Even worse is when your totally rich.

Very sad.

 

I'm also a Nutella fan.  Fabulous stuff!

i believe that "falling off" is a British euphemism for "crashing." i've seen it used in that context. i've also heard the phrase "came off (one's) bike."

I read about this earlier. So sad.

Sounds like a sudden vascular event. Tough to say if the fall was the cause or a cause of the death, or merely the result of "the ailment."
