Room for rent in bike friendly apt in Humboldt Park

I’m looking to fill 1 bed rooms in a large 3 bed apt right a cross from the park by September 1st Deposit is $400 and rent is $400 a month. I’m
a 28 years old, Very friendly and laid back, into cycling and video
game. I smoke but willing to smoke cigs outside. I’m 420 friendly on
the inside but don’t smoke a lot. I drink but mostly on my days off,
which I typically spend with my friends in the Northwest Suburbs. I
don’t have many friends out in the city so I don’t have very many over
night guess except for lady friends. By all means please feel welcome
to have your drunken friends sleep over or guest from out of town. I’m
a people person so if I trust you then I trust your judgment. I get
along with most type of people, I’m gay friendly but not for me. The
other roomy's name is Erica, Super cool, Friendly and Laid back.
