Renting bike workshop space

Are there any places in Chicago where there is bike workshop space for hourly rent? I'm just looking for somewhere to work on bikes where they have tools available, it could be a dedicated space or a bike shop that lets individuals come in.

Any advice is appreciated!

The Recyclery looks like it's exactly what I was looking for. Ideally it'd be a little closer to the middle of the city but it sounds like a good reason to go for a trip to Evanston on a Saturday. Thanks!

It's next to the Howard station so it's not really Evanston, but getting there with parts isn't so bad. I took my frame up to press in the headset and cut the steering tube last year.
