Possible hit cyclist on Roosevelt just east of Canal

On my way home from work (a little after 4PM) there was an ambulance, fire truck and white minivan in the right lane of Roosevelt about 100 ft east of the Canal intersection.  As I was passing I got a brief glimpse of a bike with a badly bent rear wheel leaning against the fire truck.  I hope everyone is okay.
