Is the stolen bike registry down? 3 bikes stolen looking for some assistance.

Hey Folks, 

It's been a minute since I have been on this site. Tonight I got home and found that my garage had been broken into. My maroon Surly Steamroller with bullhorn bars, back plastic fender, front cetma rack, wife's white Cinelli steel road bike, and her blue Raleigh split frame were missing as well as a bunch of other things. We're in Logan Square.  

I came here looking for the stolen bike registry which seems to be down. Is this a site gone for good? Is there a better place to go online? Any assistance would be helpful.
