If he was eighteen at the time of the incident, wouldn't that photo (assuming it is current) as well as IMA GETT FUUUCCCCKKKKEDD UP WITH MY NIGGA DAVID TONIGHT !!! indicate that he's still engaging in underage drinking?

Any way of sending this to his parole officer? Since the prosecutors didn't do their job, can we really expect the parole officers to do their job?

Several months ago I had the displeasure of watching Mandy Annis's killers high-fiving each-other after they were sentenced with community service.

This stuff needs to be known.

Probation, not parole. Also, did he somehow retain his driving privileges?

That would be quite the coincidence that another guy with the same name would be posting about his dealings with the court. That is a possibilty though. I e-mailed the 1st circuit court with a link to his page (ChiefJudge@fjc-il.org) and expressed my displeasure with the ruling. I doubt it will do any good but something to think about.
