Trying to figure out the best way to attach a camera to my helmet.
Did any of you tried it? how were the results? (post them if you can)

First off Dubai. What kind of helmet do you wear? Full-face, BMX, MTB or road helmet. I use a BMX helmet when I use a camera. You can mount it on the side which gives you a off center view when watching the video play back. Top-mount is the way to go. This gives you a wider more fluid view. I take it you are loading the video to an I-Pod. Stash it well and protect it from bumps and jars. Did you get a setup with auto-stablization option? I have noticed on night rides you get somewhat grainy images when you are hauling ass. Also watch for low bridges as the helmet cam will stick up higher when it is run on the top of the lid. Watch it around tree braches, hanging signs, and doorways. Good luck and have fun with your new toy!
i tried it with no helmet and it sucked. wayyy to much movement. as long as you have any helmet with a solid spot for the cameras back to sit on will work
