Cargo bike census for April's 30 days of biking

I'm not sure how I missed posting about this on The Chainlink. 

Since we’re [Cargo Bike Roll Call organizers and members] trying to build a cargo bike culture, it makes sense to know how big it is. We count attendees at each Chicago Cargo Bike Roll Call block party (tentatively scheduled for July 27), but that’s not everyone out there.

The month of April is now known as 30 Days of Biking (see links below), and people do it as a personal challenge – they pledge to bike every day. A lot of Chicagoans will be doing it and every year it seems more and more Chicagoans are using cargo and utility bikes.

Let’s count them so we can see our growth the next time we take a census. Direct link to form. See the live census results as the reports come in.

Why does a utility bike have to be loaded or overflowing in its basket or panniers? 

Many people use their "normal" (non-cargo specific) bikes as utility bikes, with panniers and baskets, to carry stuff (like groceries or gardening supplies). You need to witness these bicycles being loaded or overflowing so that we can know for sure it was being used in a utility bicycling trip.
