Some friends and I are who are doing a multi-day ride next summer are looking to create jerseys for our team. For those of you on teams or clubs, are there any custom/semi-custom jersey companies you would recommend? I know Voler does a big custom business, also looking for any others and your experience with them.

Thanks!

Chicago Cycling Club just ordered a bunch of these. Beautiful quality. For a merino wool jersey, the prices are VERY reasonable. Their quantity discount pricing kicks in at lower levels compared to many other vendors.

If you want some old school wool, just a couple of colors and a name, you could try here: http://www.portlandcyclewear.com/woolcyclingjersey.html
Evanston Bike Club has used Louis Garneau jerseys for years - nice quality. Comfortable, not stinky.

VOmax
Louis Garneau.

VOmax tend to hold body stink for some reason.
L.G. are mega comfy.
Chicago Cycling Club has ordered its regular jersey from Pyro Apparel for years. We've been happy with quality and price. However, their prices are more reasonable for larger quantities.
