Breaks vs. Brakes.

"I hit the brakes so I wouldn't end up with multiple bone breaks." (That example may need some work.)

I saw a Super Coarse listed the other day and boy was it ever!

I use spell check...so it's basically "word usage" not spelling, that trips me up.

I get the red zig zag line under my misspelled words from Fire Fox, but it doesn't always help when I spell form instead of from.

My thing is not misspelling certain words, but I hate when people use the word "literally" when they really don't mean it.

"My heart literally dropped out of my chest!"

Really?

Did you know if you took all the veins in your body and laid them end to end...you would die?  -literally!!!!

Mike Judge's Idiocracy isn't really all that far away.   The US has already entered the post-literate age.

It is more than 100 cyclists showed up for the race, not over 100 cyclists showed up for the race.

Fewer/less

More/greater

People just don't get this.   I want to change my name to Lester so I can always use the 10 items or Les lane.

Your, you're and yore.
