ooh this is late but Ash and I will be driving up there since we decided to take the dog on our campin trip :) Ash also bent the puck out of her rim. gonna try getting the same site we were at last year. we shall see. have a safe ride. will see you there!

So, Nikole, Julio, Robert, and Melonie will all be at Devon and McCormick at 8am. (for those counting heads at Lawrence and California).  Anyone else, please post here.

Update:  I have developed and will purchase soon a rain "tent" made of tarps and poles that will surround a fire and be able to accommodate 3 picnic tables and all 20 of our people, so we can enjoy the evening and our fire even if it rains. 

Still looking for a confirmation of the Devon/McCormick 8pm meeting place addition.  Would anyone besides Melonie and I be interested meeting there?  If not, then we will meet every at Lawrence and California.  Please speak up if you are interested.  10pm is bed time. :)

I second Robert's second meet-up at Devon & McCormick (there is a huge lot right on the corner there and I am sure we would be able to see the group coming across Devon that early in the morning).

I think that Cameron's point of keeping the 7am time and location is great on many angles.  Everyone expects it to be then and there, it gives time for people to be late, and an accurate head count.  I'm sorry I'm commenting so much.

Weather.com report regarding Zion say's 70% chance of no rain at 3pm, so I'm thinking that a 1pm arrival would be good.  that would give us plenty of time to find a site, sent up tents, get lots of fire wood (i'll pay for that, I love making fires, especially really hot ones.. if no one minds), get a fire going, get something to cook over the fire like brats and marshmallows (or whatever your fancy) from town, including a keg, all before that 70% chance of no rain.  I'm estimating a 5 hour trip to accommodate possible stops, getting lost, blown tubes, group separations, minor accidents, etc.  Of course it's more likely 4 hours or less, but just in case.  That would put us at an 8am departure.  I'm all for another hour of sleep and if everyone wants to meet at Devon and McCormick at 8am, I'm game for that too!  Actually, I'll play along with whatever everyone else wants.  This is just what I figured timing would be like.  :)
