Description

This is an Evanston Bike Club Ride at the low end of moderate pace, @13mph. It is listed on the website as the Knollwood ride. We will ride from the Panera Bread in Wilmette to the Panera Bread in Knollwood. This is just west of Lake Bluff. The ride is about 45 miles. Come along for a scenic ride on suburban streets and paths.

Comment by Lisa Curcio on August 2, 2013 at 9:59am: It is quite striking! Comrade did a really nice job with the handlebars, and the fenders and rack even look good. I am looking forward to riding it for a distance and to try shifting for hills with those bar end shifters. Tomorrow should be a nice "shakedown ride". Handled quite nicely in the rain and on the wet path this morning, BTW.
