Tour de Peace: the road less taken

 Come on by and cheer on Cindy Sheehan in her Cross Country Bike Ride!!!

She and her entourage are making a stop at Buckingham Fountain.

Why is she riding her bike cross country?

To end wars,
To end immunity for U.S. war crimes,
To end suppression of our civil rights,
To end the use of fossil fuels,
To end persecution of whistle-blowers,
To end partisan apathy and inaction.

On June 3 we invite you to help welcome to Chicago renowned peace activist Cindy Sheehan and her "Tour de Peace" cross-country bike caravan from the West Coast to DC. She will be headlining Chicago's participation in the "International Week of Action for Bradley Manning" at 5:30 PM, Monday, June 3 at the Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park (Columbus Drive, just south of Jackson Blvd.).
