Description

THE CAMP SITES ARE FULL! and the trip is booked!

If you have not paid me, then its too late!

I am looking into an off site camping area, if this opens up we will open the trip back up to additional people.

Come join us on another fantastic voyage to New Glarus for their annual Oktoberfest celebration.  We will be taking a bus, camping on a nearby camp ground (approx 2.5 miles away), and riding into town on our trusty steeds.

For those who went last year, you know how much fun it was, for those who havent gone, im sure you have heard the tales.

Bus will have limited capacity of 30, so RSVP with cost of $40 to paypal early to secure your seat. Paypal account is Pitchingatent1@yahoo.com. We are considering a second vehicle to carry the bikes to allow for more room on the bus.

More Details will be available soon.

Ryan, it's easy to bring your beer back on the bus with you.  The hard part is trying to get it from the end point (Laura and Iggi's) on your bike...

Having said that, at the brewery store you can make up your own six packs or case of all of your fave kinds...oh man.  Drooling!!!

Joe, I assume you're driving.  So you and Ryan can be beer transporters? :) (only half joking)

I do have a 3 person tent that would squeeze 4 into if necessary but I don't plan on setting it up unless the weather turns inclement. Instead I would like to assemble a Parawing customized with a screenroom. It'll be like a tarp awning that will keep the skeeters in check. I also have another Outfitter wing which should be adequate protection from the elements for a small crowd.

I will have either a 3 person or 4 person tent with Sara and I. We might drive up separately so I can bring as much beer back with me as possible.

Shar, I don't believe it.  The math doesn't work out.  6/2=3 :)

thanks Shar!

Kellie has a huge tent, we will see how many people we can shove in it. Iggi has a tent that can fit 3-4 in it, and so do Katie and Aaron. These are all only posibilities that will have to be oked by their owners
