Description

This Saturday the Midnight Marauders will do the usual, and run rough-shod through the city.

Same time, same place for the meet up, but, we have some new stuff this month. There will be some off-road parts, so this is definitely not a trailer or "alternative" bike friendly ride. This is not a trailer friendly ride.

pre-rode last night...great route with a mix of new and old. ride whatever you feel you can handle soft surfaces with. I was on fixed 700x23 slicks and had no prob, though flatting was a concern....but all good!!!

I've have yet to join a ride yet and am considering riding tonight. Since I'm shy and have a hard time talking to people (that's why I have only friends I met in forums), do you think it would be helpful to read the latest edition of the Onion? Thanks for any advice ahead of time.

Comment by Martin Hazard on May 21, 2011 at 8:00pm: If it rains, we will certainly get muddy. Most of this ride is completely new, and very cool stuff. If you want to be on the first MM ride to see these spots, as we will certainly use them again over the years, make it out tonight.

An example would be: if your tall bike is sketchy in the dirt or you have a hard time dodging low-hanging tree limbs, you might wanna take the mountain bike tonight.
