Description

This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Tuesday evening from 7-8:15pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome. Please rsvp in some form due to space limitations. We can only have nine total (our instructer makes ten)

TONIGHT'S CLASS IS CANCELLED. I WAS GOING TO USE KATIE'S ASANA LIST FROM LAST WEEK DUE TO HER BEING SICK BUT I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE LEADING US. SORRY FOR THE LATE NOTICE. SEE YOU ALL NEXT WEEK SAME TIME, SAME PLACE.

Hey Erika! All levels are welcome. Katie our instructor gives you different poses based on your level. If you want a more challenging one, then she suggests it. We all start in easy poses. Looking forward to meeting you!

Hi! What level are you guys? I'm only a touch better than beginner, but would love to improve and meet some other yoga-practicing cyclists. Should I bring my own mat?
