FREE Single Speed / Fixed Gear Seminar

While single speed & fixed gear bikes are simple in many respects, there are peculiarities to their components and design that that should be understood when considering a bike build...especially when converting a road bike to a single speed. This seminar discusses all the aspects of building your own conversion or single speed bike. We will discuss frame choice, hubs, chains, chainline, gear ratio, single-speed-specific wheels, chain tension and all the other details pertaining to single gear riding. We will talk about their benefits and pitfalls. We will not work on anyone's bike but customers can bring in their own bikes to ask questions.
