Since the only transportation option mentioned on the website for this *bike* event is FREE PARKING and driving directions, I would like to share that the nearest Metra UP-NW station is Mt. Prospect and is only 3 miles away.
Admittedly it's a rather dreadful location, sorely inhospitable to biking and walking.
