Chainlink Bar Night happens every third Thursday of the month.

Just means when a shy person walks in who has a helmet or looks like a cyclists walks in you just say, hey are you here for chainlink bar night? If they say no, you feel a little creepy, if they say yes, invite them to join you. And then don't be too creepy either :)) whatever that means...
