Chest-compatible Chrome bags?

My mom gave me a great birthday gift: a backpack from Chrome. Unfortunately I can't really use it. The chest strap, while adjustable to an extent, seems to rest in exactly the wrong spot relative to my bustline. I can adjust the strap downwards, so that it would be sort of smooshed under my chest, but I can't adjust it upwards to cross the flat part of my chest, where it would be comfortable and useful.

Is there some trick to adjusting Chrome bags' chest straps? If not, does Chrome make a more breast-compatible backpack or satchel for wearing while cycling, that I should maybe try to trade it for?
