BFF Bikes is holding a second session of their very well done and very useful Bicycle Anatomy and Physiology. The next five week program starts February 19.  I attended the first one, and I really enjoyed it. There is a fee, but it was worth the money to me.  I built on my basic "just enough to be dangerous" knowledge.  Now I know more than enough to be dangerous!

Third Annual Day of Dialogue and Demonstrations is April 18, 2015 at Dvorak Park.

You know all of the women who have told you they really want to ride a bike but . . . .?  Tell them about this. Scheduled presentations include Basic Bike Maintenance, Practical Cycling--how to use your bike like a car, Fashion for everyday cycling, What to do when you visit a bike shop and basic bike fit, On road Cycling Safety with an opportunity for a short ride on local streets with two League Certified Cycling Instructors, and How to Plan a group ride.  The "Bike Zoo" will be back where there will be all kinds of different bikes available for people to try including a variety of cargo bikes.  Moms who cycle with their kids will be there to talk about their experience and answer questions. Make new friends. Learn stuff.

Child care will be available.

Ladies, how about a fall clothing swap?  Eventbrite registration here.

Women Bike Chicago is hosting a "Trio of Events" on April 16 and 17.  On the themes of Learn, Network, Ride, we will be putting on a class for those who would like some help riding in the city, holding a networking event, and leading a ride.  Click on the link for all of the details.
