Who's behind the "Complete the Navy Pier Flyover" Facebook page?

Anyone know who launched this Facebook page calling for the Navy Pier Flyover to be completed sooner than later?

I got the following message from them yesterday morning, but they haven't responded to subsequent messages I've sent.

"We would love a follow and to get your attention. We are a group organized to put pressure on the City to complete the Navy Pier Flyover without further delays. With increased usage on the current design, we are very concerned about public safety when crossing the Chicago River along the Lakefront Bicycle Path. We are asking the City to Complete the project without further delays."
