Lost Key - Lock Cutter Help!

Hi everyone,

I stupidly misplaced my key when moving apartments and cannot unlock my bike (in storage room). Does anyone know the best way to cut the lock off? I'm based in Hyde Park.

An angle grinder with a death wheel will do it in 20 seconds or less.

A hack saw in a half hour. Lube the blade.

same thing happened to me. I went to the Home Depot on North AVenue and rented an angle cutter for an hour. Takes 30 seconds,,,,expect lots of sparks and of course keep all body parts away. :)

Seriously I had no training. Just like using a power saw.
