Chicago double decker tour bus hit bridge at Kinzie and Clinton

A Chicago double decker tour bus attempted to turn right onto Kinzie this morning from Clinton. In doing so, the bus blocked all lanes including the bike lane. It then hit the bridge support further blocking traffic. While this was a minor offense, questions are to be asked since presumably it is the same tour bus company that has been involved with two pedestrian/bike fatalities in the past year.
